Parents: Step up has begun releasing funds for renewal scholarships. Please be sure to keep an eye on your account, all renewals should be funded by August 25th. Payments can be made as soon as you receive your funds. If you have any questions please contact us.

How to invoice Step Up Payments:

1) Log on to your EMA account
2) Click on the tab for Marketplace
3) Select find providers
4) Select your child from the drop down box in the top right corner.
If you have more than one child please select each student individually. (This means you will have to do the process for each child)
5) In search bar type Palm Beach Learning Center
6) Select Palm Beach Learning Center
7) Select location (166 Professional Way)
8) Please select Choice Navigator for the appropriate scholarship and grade level for your child.
If your child has the FTC-PEP scholarship please select the correct service for their grade level. Example: If your child is in 4th grade you will see PEP 4-8.
If your child receives the FES-UA please select the correct service for their grade level. Example: If your child is in 10th grade you will see UA 9-12.
8) Select 1 Quantity
9) Add to cart
10) Click on Go to shopping cart
11) Click on reserve funds
12) Select Yes and confirm
