🥋 MORE THAN JUST A WORKOUT!

Jiu-Jitsu is more than learning how to fight. It's about challenging yourself, building confidence, clearing your mind, and leaving the stress of everyday life behind.

For one hour, forget about everything else. Just focus on yourself, your training, and becoming better every day.

Your body gets stronger. Your mind gets stronger. Your life gets better. 💪

🔥 Come experience it for yourself!

🥋 Discipline Starts on the Mat!

Does your child struggle to sit still, listen, or follow directions?

Sometimes, kids don't need more rules. They need the right environment to learn. ❤️

At Helton Silva Martial Arts, we turn energy into focus, challenges into confidence, and everyday lessons into lifelong discipline.

We're not just teaching Jiu-Jitsu. We're helping raise better kids! 💪🥋

Many of our students started with zero experience.

Your first class is simple: a warm-up, one technique, and light drilling — all guided by our coaching staff.

Beginners are always welcome. 🥋

What an amazing day at our In-House Championship last Saturday! 🥋🏆

We are extremely proud of every student who stepped on the mats, faced their challenges, and gave their best.

More than medals or wins, this event was about growth, courage, confidence, and the experience of competing alongside our Jiu-Jitsu family.

A huge thank you to all the parents, coaches, students, and everyone who helped make this day so special.

Proud of the progress. Proud of the effort. Proud of our team. ❤️

With 375 students, structure matters. Our class sizes are carefully managed to maintain focus, discipline, safety, and high-quality instruction. Some classes may have waitlists—not because we want to turn families away, but because every student deserves the attention and experience they came for. Quality will always come first. 🥋

Great energy on the mats today! 🥋🔥

Our Open Mat was all about good rounds, great training, and sharing the mats with an amazing group of people.

Thank you to everyone who came out, trained hard, and made today special. This is what Jiu-Jitsu is all about — learning, challenging each other, and growing together.

Strong rounds. Great vibes. One team. 💪🥋

The big concepts behind our Little Ninjas 🥋✨️ Our Little Ninjas are learning more than just Jiu-Jitsu, they're building confidence, discipline, coordination, focus and the skills to believe in themselves. 💪

Every class is designed to help our littlest athletes learn, grow and have FUN while building a strong foundation on the mats. 🤍

There are 3 types of people in Jiu-Jitsu class 😂🥋

1️⃣ The perfectionist: “Wait… let me adjust this ONE more time.” 🤓
2️⃣ The maniac: 1000% intensity… every single round. 😤🔥
3️⃣ “I just wanna flow…” — translation: please don’t make me work too hard today. 😂

Which one are YOU? 👀👇
Tag your training partner… we already know who they are. 🤣
