The ACT just got shorter — and that changes how you should prepare. In this video, Jane Avery breaks down exactly what's new in the redesigned ACT: the reduced number of questions, the shorter overall testing time, and what these changes actually mean for your score and your prep strategy.

We cover:
✅ What's different in the new ACT format
✅ How the shorter test affects pacing and strategy
✅ What this means for your target score
✅ How to adjust your prep plan for the new structure

At Prepped and Polished®, we've been helping students navigate the SAT and ACT since 1999, and we're already adapting our test prep programs to match the new format. Whether you're just starting to think about the ACT or you're deep into prep, this video will help you understand what's actually changed — and what it means for you.

📍 We offer one-to-one tutoring, test prep, executive function coaching, and college admissions guidance — in-office (Wellesley, Newton, Lexington, and Weston, MA), in-home across Greater Boston, or online.
