Our Italian online program on edX consists of four courses (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and AP) and has enrolled tens of thousands of learners from all over the world since its opening in 2015, and has been supported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since its very beginning in 2015. The funds received have been instrumental in the development of online materials during the initial phase. For the past few years, the funds received have supported the offering of five online synchronous "office hours" per week for 12 weeks for students enrolled in the course AP Italian Language and Culture.
