🎓 MassBay Graduate Spotlight: Janie Roussin
📍 Dedham, MA
Join us in congratulating Janie Roussin, who recently graduated from MassBay with an associate degree in Liberal Arts!
Janie chose MassBay for its affordability and the ability to have both independence and guidance while shaping her path. During her time here, she excelled academically—earning both Dean’s List and President’s List honors in her final year.
This summer, Janie is gaining real-world experience as a legal intern at Barrault Law and Associates in Milton.
“My favorite thing about MassBay is the dedication I see from students working toward their degrees while balancing jobs, family obligations, and personal challenges that aren’t typical of a four-year college student.”
Janie also shares a special thank you to Professor Gutilla for making classes both informative and engaging, and for providing valuable guidance as she explores a future in law and beyond.
🎯 Next stop: Janie will transfer to the University of North Carolina Charlotte to study health systems management!
We are so proud of you, Janie—congratulations on this exciting next chapter! 💙

MassBay’s MOPAR CAP students had an unforgettable experience last Thursday at the Stellantis Unstoppable event at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield!
Students witnessed high-performance vehicles in action and even rode alongside a professional race car driver in the Challenger Six Pack and Durango Hellcat. The course showcased straight-line acceleration, cornering, evasive maneuvers, and precision braking—bringing classroom learning to life in an exciting way.
Opportunities like this give our students real-world insight into the automotive industry and the cutting-edge technology behind today’s vehicles.
