Some things just taste better when you’re a kid—and chocolate milk is definitely one of them. National Chocolate Milk Day has us wondering: How do you make the perfect glass?
• Just a little chocolate
• Keep adding until the milk changes color
• Who mixes still? Premade all the way.
• Extra chocolate with a straw, obviously

Parents, we know you’ve witnessed some questionable chocolate-to-milk ratios. What’s the rule at your house?

POW! BAM! ZAP! National Comic Book Day, which feels like a pretty good excuse to talk superheroes! We all had a favorite growing up, and chances are your kids have a few of their own. But here’s the real question: If your kid could have any superpower, what would they choose? Flying? Super speed? Invisibility? The ability to make homework disappear? Let us know—we want to hear their best answers!

On This Day in 1906: President Theodore Roosevelt proclaimed Devils Tower in Wyoming as America’s very first National Monument. Standing more than 1,200 feet above the surrounding landscape, it’s hard to miss—and more than a century later, it’s still an incredible sight!

Now for the family road-trip question: How many National Monuments has your family visited? Bonus points if you tell us your favorite!

The kids are home from school, backpacks hit the floor, and you hear the inevitable question: “Can I have a snack?” What disappears fastest in your house?

• Team Fruit — apples, berries, fruit snacks
• Team Sweet — cookies, granola bars, something chocolate
• Team Salty — pretzels, popcorn, crackers
• Team Cheesy — string cheese, cheese and crackers

Or is there a snack your kids request on repeat that belongs in a category of its own? Tell us what we missed!

Two celebrations. One very active day! National Dance Day and National Gymnastics Day are sharing the spotlight, and we’re here for it! Some kids can’t hear a song without breaking into a dance, while others see an open stretch of floor and immediately think, “cartwheel!” And then there are the kids who somehow turn everything into a full-blown routine. So, what’s more popular in your house—dance moves 💃, gymnastics 🤸, or a little bit of both?
