Check out the WVSEL AND Vanta E-Sports league champions.

Our Mountain Mayhem Rocket League and Valorant team just received An invite to Quantum U.S. Space Force E-Sports Camp in June. It is a camp and tournament with a live presentation with colleges around the country looking to sn**ch up talent.

Rocket League Playoffs and Championships.

Mountain Mayhem Rocket League Team won the Vanta Championship, best of 7 games, with 4 games to 0 against the AoIT Horizon Raiders from The Academy of Innovative Technology in NYC.

Mountain Mayhem played in the semi-final match of the West Virginia Scholastic E-Sports League (WVSEL) against Buckhannon-Upshur High School. They won the best of 5 games with a score of 3 games to 0. They now move on o the WVSEL championships this evening at 4:45. They will be playing Brooke High School in Wellsburg, WV.

Our Mountain Mayhem R6 team winding down after running R6 matches with some fun on the VR, and using the simulators to run iRacing and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on the Flight Sim Rig.

Our E-Sports Rocket League Team Duos and Trios are in the playoffs for two different leagues this Spring Season. The West Virginia Scholastic E-Sports League (WVSESL) and the Vanta E-Sports League. Our Mountain Mayhem team are in the semi-finals for the Duo (two players) Rocket League championships at the WSESL. The pictures below with the black backgrounds show you the regular season standings and the playoff brackets and the standing as of this week.

The Vanta E-Sports League are running their playoffs too, their Rocket League consists of trios (three player) teams. Our team that is competing in that; are in the semi-finals awaiting a scoring verdict. As you can see from the other pictures below with the white backgrounds, they portray the Vanta E-Sports League standings and the playoff brackets.

As stated above our Rocket League teams are in the semi-finals in the WVSEL and in the finals of the Vanta E-Sports League.

Wish them luck as they play for the championship!

Afternoon students had scrimmage with Toll Gate High School in Warwick, Rhode Island today on Marvel Rivals. It was a 6V6 match. We had visitors from the Pro-Start classroom too, they tried out a Supermarket Together Simulator. The game simulates running a supermarket, stocking shelves, product pricing, simulated product inflation and the use of the keyboard numpad for running the cash registers. It introduces money management for the store and bank loans within the game. It can also be played online with friends in a co-op fashion.

Coding AI, and Game Design students working with other programs in the school to install printers, new PC’s, and network existing printers to the the new machines. Students installed a new printer in the Grow Your Own Program, and they were setting up new PC’s and networking the existing printers to those machines. Students worked on making patch cables for the first time.
