Will receive a hands-on 2 week training with seasoned teachers; will be required to commit to all State mandated trainings on a annual basis; must pass all FBI/ CPS (state/federal) background checks; health assessment.

There are times when our daycare kids take care of us.

It’s in the way they hug us without asking when we’re having a rough morning.
It’s in the way they bring us pretend coffee when they’re playing kitchen.
It’s the way they sit close when they sense we’re not feeling 100%.
Or when they draw us pictures and say, “I made this for you.”

They don’t even know they’re doing it, but their little gestures heal us in ways we didn’t know we needed.
Yes, we care for them… but sometimes, they take care of us right back.

And that’s the kind of love that makes this work worth every bit of it. 💛
