Our first Warrior Party is approaching quickly! We would like to welcome loved ones to help volunteer for this event. Use the QR code to sign up. If September 24th doesn't work for you, no problem! We have included all of the future parties so families can start signing up now.

Please remember that all visitors must complete the Visitor and Volunteer Form. A new form is required each year. This can take up to two weeks, so please fill out the form soon if you sign up for our first party! The Visitor and Volunteer Form can be found on the school website.

Thank you for helping us continue to make these parties fun for our students!

‼️Attention‼️

The welcome letter sent home in packets accidentally said the Open House is Wednesday instead of Thursday. The Weidman Open House is THURSDAY, August 20, 2026.

Mrs. Jorgensen apologizes for any confusion and is excited to see everyone there!

Today was Holly's last day as secretary. We thank her for knowing the answers, caring for all, and her non-stop energy. She will be missed by everyone here! We wish her well in her next endeavor. Holly eagerly trained her successor to make sure the office would run smoothly for students and staff. Parents and community members, please welcome the new Weidman Elementary Secretary, Marita Ray. Marita is a WARRIOR through and through. She is excited to see students on the first day of school and tackle her new role in the district.

Our class lists for the upcoming school year are officially posted! You can view them on the window outside the front office.
A lot of thought and care went into building balanced, supportive classrooms where every child can thrive. Because these placements are carefully designed to set everyone up for a great year, class rosters are final. Thank you so much for your support, flexibility, and partnership as we get ready for a wonderful year together. We can't wait to see all of those smiling faces soon!

Tomorrow is the day! If you are able, bring your Weidman Elementary student to Island Park for the Beat the Heat Pie A Principal event. One lucky Weidman student will get to pie me in the face! The principal with the most names in their bucket will receive gift cards for teachers at their school!

Hope to see you there!

🍎Back to School ✏️is around the corner, and we are so excited to welcome our Weidman Warriors. This supply list is short, but it covers the big items that our students need. Our teachers have ordered pencils, crayons, colored pencils, markers, and other common supplies for their classrooms. If you have already purchased those items, AWESOME! Students may bring more than what is on this list. Your teacher might also send home a small supply list at our Open House or after the first day of school.

Please remember that CHSD will provide all required items for students who are unable to bring their own.
