WriteOn Writers

WriteOn Writers WriteOn Writers are a writing group in Cayuga County. We do not critique hard, but if you ask we will tell you what we think. A place to share your writing

We meet once a month at the Weedsport Free Library at 6:30pm and usually run until 9:00pm. We share our writing with each other. There no particular type of writing. Members have shared poetry, short stories, plays, memoirs. We have an on-the-spot writing exercise we do to make things interesting if there's time for it. We talk a lot. Come by share something, or come listen and chat.

Finish Your Nonfiction Book in 2021: 3 Shifts You Need to Make

FREE LIVE MASTERCLASS with Janna Marlies Maron, editor & publisher of Under the Gum Tree!

Ensure you have the right foundation to support accomplishing this huge goal.

During this live masterclass you will learn:

• The importance of identifying your WHY—the vision you have for yourself and the big reason behind writing your book

• How to set manageable, realistic, achievable writing goals for yourself.

• Why you need to protect your schedule and probably don’t need as much time to write as you think.

• Janna's best hack for overcoming writer’s block.

• Janna's philosophy for establishing a holistic approach to getting a book done (hint: it doesn’t include hours-long writing sessions or plowing through to get pages written).
