🌟 Meet Our Newest Team Member at Little Flock! 🌟
We are thrilled to welcome Heidi Kidder-Baldwin to the Little Flock Nursery & Preschool family! 🎉

Heidi brings with her an incredible blend of experience, creativity, and compassion. With a strong background in early childhood education and professional development—including advanced child development training, and American Sign Language certification —she is well-prepared to nurture and support our young learners.

Before joining us, she spent over a decade as Director of Human Resources at LEDdynamics, where she led with heart and fostered strong, positive work relationships. She's also a talented designer and entrepreneur, having owned her own business creating custom children’s and formal wear! Most recently, she worked as a substitute teacher and paraeducator in the Orange Southwest School District, supporting students from preschool through sixth grade.

Her love for children, dedication to creating safe and engaging learning environments, and commitment to faith-based values make her a wonderful addition to our team.
