The School District of Webster is looking for caring community members to serve as volunteer mentors through our SNAPP (Students In Need of A Pat or a Push) Program.
SNAPP mentors meet with an assigned student once a week, as schedules allow, for approximately 30 minutes during the school day. And mentoring doesnโt have to be complicated. Sometimes, making a difference is simply being a consistent, caring adult who shows up!
A 30-minute visit might mean playing a game of cards, working on a craft, reading a book, helping with homework, talking about their week, sharing a laugh, or simply listening.
Thereโs no special expertise required โ just a willingness to give your time and build a positive, supportive connection that a student can look forward to each week.
