🐅 Every Tiger Can Be a Leader.

At Clear View, we believe every student has leadership potential. Through our Leader in Me framework, students learn to lead themselves well, find their voice, and help others find theirs.

One of the best ways to grow as a leader is by getting involved in a leadership organization.

This year, Tigers will have opportunities to join:

🌎 Rotary Interact – Community service, citizenship, and leadership.

🎓 Honor Society – Scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

💡 Student Lighthouse Team – Student voice, school leadership, and strengthening our campus culture through Leader in Me.

🤝 SALSA (Student Adult Leadership Service Alliance) – Community leadership and service alongside local adult leaders.

Our goal is for every Tiger to find a place to develop leadership skills, serve others, and make a positive impact.

⭐ Students also have the opportunity to start their own club with a staff sponsor if they have a passion or interest they’d like to share with others.

As we prepare for a new year, start thinking:

➡️ How will you use your strengths?
➡️ How will you serve others?
➡️ How will you make an impact?

🐅 Leadership isn’t a title. It’s a choice. How will you choose to lead this year?

A new goal often asks something new of us.

Whether it is improving student engagement, strengthening school culture, or supporting academic growth, progress begins when teams are willing to pause, refocus, and choose the actions that can make a real difference.

Today we’re celebrating some of our returning Tigers and some of our newest Tigers who have birthdays in late May and June!

We hope your birthday is filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of reasons to celebrate. As you enjoy your summer, remember to take time to Sharpen the Saw—rest, recharge, and invest in yourself. Whether you’re learning something new, pursuing a goal, serving others, or simply taking time to grow, keep leading yourself well and making choices that move you closer to the person you want to become.

🐯 Please Join Us in Welcoming Mrs. Jossie Quintana to Our Tiger Family! 🐯

We are excited to announce that Mrs. Jossie Quintana is joining our team as our new half-time counselor!

Mrs. Quintana is no stranger to our district. She served in the high school setting less than two years ago, and we are thrilled to welcome her back. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the elementary and secondary levels, having served as an Alpha Counselor and Student Support Counselor.

Her passion for helping students grow academically, personally, and emotionally makes her a perfect fit for our school community. We know her experience, dedication, and caring approach will have a positive impact on our students and families.

Mrs. Quintana is a tremendous addition to our Tiger Family, and we are excited to have her back on campus.

Applications are reviewed in the order they are received and evaluated for eligibility. The sooner your application is submitted, the sooner your student can be considered as openings become available.

For the first time in Clear View’s history, we are on a waitlist. While being full presents challenges, it is also something worth celebrating. It means more students and families across CCISD are learning about Clear View and recognizing the value of a small school intentionally designed to help students find success, connection, and belonging.

We are incredibly grateful to CCISD for providing this unique School of Choice opportunity. Every day, we have the privilege of serving students who benefit from a different educational experience—one built on relationships, individualized support, and a commitment to helping every student reach their full potential.

Although we are currently full, openings often become available throughout the summer and school year as students move, relocate, enroll in other programs, or choose to remain at their current campus. To be considered when a spot becomes available, students must have an application on file.

Applications are reviewed based on factors such as attendance, discipline history, and whether the programs and services a student needs are available at Clear View as a CCISD School of Choice.

With fewer than 275 students and average class sizes of 12–17 students, Clear View provides a small-school environment focused on relationships, belonging, and individualized support.

We encourage interested families to apply today so their student is in line for consideration should an opening occur.

After 14 years of dedicated service to Clear View High School, Mrs. Williams is embarking on an exciting new chapter as the Registrar at Clear Tech.

Throughout her time at Clear View, she has been a steady and caring presence for students, families, and staff. Her professionalism, commitment, and heart for serving others have made a lasting impact on our campus and helped shape the positive culture that makes Clear View so special.

While we will miss seeing her each day, we are incredibly excited for this well-deserved promotion. Clear Tech is gaining an outstanding leader, and we know Mrs. Williams will continue to make a difference in the lives of students and families in her new role.

Mr. Marquina and Mrs. Simonds have been hard at work today working through the master schedule and reviewing enrollment requests as we continue to welcome future Tigers to Clear View High School.

With a current waitlist, every conversation and scheduling decision matters as we work to create opportunities for as many students as possible while maintaining the personalized support and unique learning environment that makes Clear View special.

We are excited to see our classrooms filling and our Tiger family growing. Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in joining our campus community.
