What a fun-filled week at SRS for STEM Camp! 🔬⚙️💡 Our campers had an amazing time exploring science, technology, engineering, and math with our wonderful teachers, Mrs. Manarchuck and Mrs. Hyman. Throughout the week, they designed roller coasters, built boats and towers, created magnetic mazes, experimented with electricity and surface tension, and tackled exciting engineering challenges that encouraged creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.

🌳 Some of our St. Rita School-based Cub Scouts recently planted a Red Maple and Pecan Tree on the school grounds in coordination with the school and parish administration.

The trees were donated through General Motors' Earth Day partnership with Living Lands & Water, an organization that has distributed more than 2.4 million trees to help improve the environment.

A big thank you to den leader and St. Rita School parent Mr. Manarchuck for organizing this project and working with our school and parish administration to make it possible. A very special thank you also goes to local professional arborist, Mr. LaClair, for generously volunteering his time and expertise. The Cub Scout den will care for the trees over the coming year as they grow. 🌱

While we're all enjoying summer break, here's a little throwback to the final weeks of school! ☀️ The gym became the perfect place to beat the heat as students passed around yearbooks, collected signatures, and shared one last round of memories before heading off for summer. 📖✍️💙

Just because summer is here doesn't mean we're done celebrating a great school year! ☀️ The final weeks of school were packed with so many fun activities and special moments that we couldn't fit them all in before summer break. Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing a few of those end-of-year highlights!

Today's spotlight is on our incredible young entrepreneurs! 🌟 This year, St. Rita’s offered an entrepreneurship club for the very first time, and it was a massive success. From brainstorming their slime product from scratch to creating, marketing, and selling it, these creative minds did it all themselves.

Through their hard work, dedication, and teamwork, they raised just under $1,000—and they are using the funds to purchase a brand-new seating area for the school's new playground! ✨ Watching their confidence and excitement for building a business grow throughout the year has been amazing. We wrapped up the club by celebrating all of their hard work with a well-deserved play date! 💙💛
