What a wonderful first week back at Deep Waters Academy!

Our hallways and classrooms are full again! Students and teachers reconnecting, classrooms buzzing with energy, and learning already underway from day one.

This year we're excited to grow new friendships, rekindle old ones, grow in faith and community, and keep pursuing what matters most: learning to love what is good, true, and beautiful.

Our scripture verse for the year is "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15:13.

Here's to a year full of hope, joy, peace, and trust in the Lord! Welcome back, Deep Waters family! 💙

We had a wonderful week at DWA! 💙 From kicking things off with Parent Training to wrapping up the week with Meet the Teacher, it was such a great time connecting, preparing, and getting excited for another amazing school year!

Deep Waters Academy has officially wrapped up an incredible week of Teacher Training as we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year! 💙📚

This past week, our faculty invested in growing together through team building activities, discovering our individual and collective strengths, learning essential processes and procedures, reviewing campus safety, and sharpening our teaching practices for our classically inspired University-Model® education.

Most importantly, we spent time reflecting on the mission, vision, and philosophy that make Deep Waters Academy such a unique and Christ-centered community. We are reminded that our calling is not only to educate minds, but to cultivate wisdom, character, and a love for the Lord in every student.

We are so grateful for the incredible gifts of the teachers God has brought to our school. It is evident that the Lord blessed our time together!

We can't wait to welcome our students and families for the upcoming school year. We'll see you soon at Parent Training (Aug 1st) & our school-wide Pool Party (Aug 2nd)!
