Congratulations to our friends at the Aqua Riders of Holland on their amazing accomplishments at this past weekend’s Eastern Regional Show Ski Tournament!

If you take a close look at the photos, you’ll notice a lot of familiar faces. Many of these talented athletes and volunteers also give their time and energy to support our Adaptive Ski Program, and several of them will be back with us again on August 4 in Webster.

We are incredibly lucky to have such gifted and generous friends from the Aqua Riders who help make our Adaptive Program so special. Their talent on the water is inspiring, but their willingness to share that talent with our skiers and families means even more. We are proud to celebrate their success and grateful to have them as part of our Adaptive community!

A big part of our Adaptive Division is heading off to the Eastern Show Ski Regionals this weekend with the Aqua Riders of Holland Water Ski Show Team, and we could not be more excited! 🙌💙

This competition brings together some of the best show skiers in the East and features a full day of individual and team jump competitions on Saturday, followed by the full team show competition on Sunday. 🏆🔥

The entire Collective is cheering on our friends from the Aqua Riders, and all of the other teams too, and we know they are going to absolutely rock it this weekend! 📣👏💥

🕘 Events start at 9:00 AM both days, so come out and enjoy an awesome weekend of skiing!

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 will be up in New Hampshire this weekend at Dubes Ski Pond and Back Bay in Wolfeboro for clinics and skiing! 💪🎿🌲

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 will be skiing Saturday morning at Point Breeze! 🌞🌊

For our members, there will be no Adaptive Skiing this weekend due to the Eastern Show Ski Regionals, but we will be back at it soon! 💙

It is going to be a busy, exciting, and fun-filled weekend for the Collective, and we cannot wait to see all the great skiing, friendship, and memories that come with it! 🙌🎉💦

Our Adaptive Ski Day this past Tuesday in Webster was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do this.

Seeing these smiles, these moments, and the pure joy on the water makes every bit of effort worth it. Days like this do not happen on their own. They take a small army of people with big hearts, and we are so incredibly thankful for all of the amazing volunteers from multiple ski teams who came together to help make this day so special. Your kindness, energy, patience, and willingness to give your time meant more than we can ever fully put into words.

If you look through these photos, you’ll notice that so many of them feature some truly amazing young people leading the way. This group of teens is incredible, and they are the future leaders we hope will help our program thrive for a very long time. We are so lucky to have them, and so grateful that we can trust them to step up and lead.

For this event, the operation was run by an amazing soon-to-be high school senior, Lilliana, who handled it like a pro. For almost every Sunday over the past three-plus years, she has been there helping with our adaptive program, and we truly cannot think of anyone better, or anyone we trust more, to help lead our team. All of our young helpers are incredible, and you can ask just about any participant about them and you’ll hear the same thing. We love seeing these young volunteers lead with strength, compassion, energy, and the pure joy they bring to everything they do.

To everyone who helped, thank you. You made a real difference, and these smiles speak for themselves.
