Recently, our High School Volleyball Spartans hosted their annual Youth Volleyball Camp for students in grades 1–8. Each camper was paired with a JV or Varsity player to build skills, confidence, and lasting friendships. They practiced passing, setting, serving, attacking, and footwork before putting their new skills to the test in scrimmages.

"My favorite part of the camp was scrimmaging because we all got to practice the skills we learned. I loved seeing the growth of the younger players," said junior Jenna Lycos.

"It was fun! I enjoyed scrimmaging against the HS players and winning—most of the time," shared eighth grader Natalie Glover.

From learning the game to developing future leaders, volleyball camp was another great week to be a Spartan!

Last week, the Webberville Senior Marching Band spent the week learning music, mastering drill, building teamwork, and preparing for an exciting season ahead.

This year's halftime show features the music of Ozzy Osbourne, including Mr. Crowley, Bark at the Moon, No More Tears, and Crazy Train. 🤘

Band Director Gary Franks called it "one of the most productive camps we've ever had," and we can't wait to see all of the hard work come to life on the field this fall!

A special thank you to the Webberville Music Boosters and band families for keeping our musicians fueled throughout the week. 🎺🥁

Reminder! Registration for all Webberville students will be held on Tuesday, August 4, from:

🕘 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
🕒 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

📍 Elementary Families: Register in the Elementary Multi-Purpose Room.
📍 Middle/High School Families: Register in the MS/HS Cafeteria.

Elementary Families: Registration packets were mailed home. Please complete forms before arriving and bring them with you to help make the registration process quick and easy.

Middle/High School Families: Students should attend with a parent/guardian. Please complete your registration paperwork before arriving. Registration packets are available:
• Download from the district website:https://www.webbervilleschools.org/downloads/high_school/current_student-mshs_6-23-26.pdf
• Pick up a paper copy in the MS/HS Office (Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., beginning July 28)
• Complete the packet onsite during registration

Let's go under the sea with our preschoolers! They love exploring classroom sensory tables filled with sand, shells, and other beach treasures. As they scoop, sort, dig, and discover, they build fine motor skills and let their imaginations take the lead.
