ten years between photos is a LOT of stories. and life changes and getting lost and coming back to self. and new beginnings, even when it feels embarrassing to start over. when I saw the second photo, I cried bc I saw joy and happiness in my face. thanks to so many beautiful people in my life who have poured into me over the past few years, I think I got my pink back.

friday the 13th 💘 did you know 13 isn't an unlucky number at all? it is considered the divine feminine number, corresponding with the 13 yearly cycles of the moon / menstruation. some also say Mary Magdalene was considered the 13th apostle.

13 has always been special to me - my favorite pop star wore it on her hand during concerts 🤭 and I graduated high school in 2013.

when I found out my due date for Sophia would be the 12th of February, my sister's birthday, I knew she would want her own day and predicted her birth on the 13th during my first trimester. Sophia was integral in helping strengthen my intuition from that point on.

i've lived many lifetimes since 2/13/2020, but those first tender moments at Research Medical Center in Kansas City were so special. happy birthday to my sweet angel, princess Sophia.

to my daughters, everything I do is to create a better world for you. 💘 to my sisters and mommy, I'm so lucky to have friends as my family. my life is Valentine's Day, because I'm surrounded by love every day 🎀💕
