The Parents as Teachers Program is for mothers and/or fathers of infants, toddlers and preschoolers who want to help their children grow...physically, mentally and socially.

ELIGIBILITY:
--Resident of Webb
City R-7 school district
--Parents with children from birth to 5 years, including expectant parents
--Parents who want to enjoy their child and better prepare them for entering school

WHAT WE DO:
--A certified parent educator comes to your home or meets with you privately to help you understand what to expect as your child grows and develops
--Developmental screenings are available to help you determine if your child's language, social and motor skills are developing normally. We also do a hearing and vision screening.
--Family Connections and story times allow you to meet other parents, gain new insights, share experiences and participate in parent-child activities.
--The Resource Network helps you access other needed community services that are beyond the scope of the PAT program.
