Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are reaching out to remind you that your child’s meal benefits have expired because the grace period has ended. If you have not already done so, please complete and submit a Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application as soon as possible.

For your convenience, an online meal application link and the current Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines are attached. The application may be completed and submitted online for your convenience.

Completing the application is important to ensure that your child’s eligibility for free or reduced-price meals can be determined as quickly as possible. Please review the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines to determine if your household may qualify.

If you have already submitted an application, please disregard this notice. If you need assistance completing the application or have any questions, please contact the school cafeteria or Food Service Department. We are happy to assist you.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and for helping us ensure that your child continues to have access to nutritious meals at school.

Sincerely,
Food Service
