A huge thank-you to the Weatherford ISD Education Foundation for making it possible to bring Ayo Jones to Weatherford ISD and provide engaging, meaningful training for our ACC, STACI, and ECSE teachers and paraprofessionals.

Special thanks to North Side Baptist Church and Ironworks Coffee for treating our staff to a wonderful kickoff breakfast. We are also incredibly grateful to Dan Woods with Tailgaters BBQ- Dan Woods and Sammy Stephens for providing a delicious lunch!

Students may be on summer break, but healthy meals don’t take a vacation! 🍎

Weatherford ISD is providing FREE grab-and-go lunches to all children 18 and under this summer at the Weatherford Public Library, and you do not have to be a Weatherford ISD student to participate!

📍 Weatherford Public Library
📅 June 1 – July 1 (Monday–Thursday)
⏰ 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Children must be present to receive a meal, but meals do not have to be eaten on site. Just stop by and pick one up!

RooFest 2026 was one to remember!

A heartfelt thank you to our WHS Admin, Guardians and SROs, Special Programs team, parents, volunteers, teachers, and our incredible athletes for your flexibility and support as we navigated changes this year. Because of you, the day was filled with joy, fun, and a true sense of unity.

It takes a village to make something like RooFest so special, and we are so grateful for each of you who showed up, stepped in, and made it happen for our students.

We are already looking forward to doing it all again in 2027!
