It is one of the many hands-on skills our students begin developing early in their pharmacy education.

💙🩶 A New Year for Pre-Pharmacy Club! 💊💊

We’re excited to kick off another year with this great group of future pharmacists in front of the new Hodge Building! Founded three years ago by faculty members Dr. Callen and Dr. Brooks, the Pre-Pharmacy Club was created to help students connect, get involved, and build a sense of community. It continues to grow each year, and we’re excited to see what this year brings! 💙🩶🐾

Nothing says back to school like good food, ice cream, and our back together!

We had a great time kicking off the semester at our annual Back to School Picnic!

A BIG thank you to Walgreens for sponsoring this year’s picnic and continuing to support our students and the SWOSU College of Pharmacy.

And, of course, thank you to The Eatery Food Truck and OKE Ice Cream for keeping everyone well fed and making a hot Oklahoma day a little sweeter!

💙🐾 Welcome, Fall 2026 Pharmacy Bulldogs!

Our newest SWOSU College of Pharmacy students are officially here!

Orientation included a welcome from SWOSU President Joel Kendall, campus scavenger hunts, plenty of Bulldog spirit, and opportunities to begin building friendships and connections along the way.

We are excited to have this group in the Jerry & Margaret Hodge Pharmacy & Rural Health Center and cannot wait to see what they accomplish over the next four years!
