TCA Drumline members drove up to Denton tonight for Drum Corps International performances at UNT’s stadium. The professional marching bands and drumlines travel the country during the hot summer months and feature the best in the world! It was AWESOME!!

Go Cash!!
Cash T. is currently a 6th grader at TCA. Cash made his debut on the stage in 5th grade as an ensemble member in TCA’s production of Disney’s Lion King. Cash was also a vital member of the ensemble this year in TCA’s production of Disney’s Frozen. Cash brings much joy and excitement to the theatre department and has a great future in the performing arts. It is with great pleasure that Cash is awarded the TJ Hotchkin, Century 21 Creative Arts Student of the Week.

Go Kallie!!
Kallie B. is a freshman at TCA. Kallie was inducted this year into the Theatre Arts Honor Club by her participation in 6 TCA productions, including W***y Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Shrek the Musical, Disney’s Aladdin, Disney’s Lion King, A Medieval Feast, and Disney’s Frozen. In addition to Kallie’s dedication and achievements in Theatre, she also plays softball. It is with great pleasure that Kallie is awarded the TJ Hotchkin, Century 21 Creative Arts Student of the Week

Cooper B. is a freshman with TCA Percussion and Theater. He is part of the TCA Drumline and the award-winning Bass line. He also performed a snare drum solo at the TAPPS Solo & Ensemble Competition. Cooper has also been in the TCA Theater productions "Frozen Jr." and "Lion King Jr.". It is with great pleasure that Cooper be awarded the TJ Hotchkin, Century 21 Creative Arts Student of the Week!

Go Tameria!!
Tameira J. is a freshman and is wrapping up her second year at TCA. Tameira jumped right into the Fine Arts here at TCA and has been in 4 theater productions; 2 Fall Plays and 2 Spring Musicals, and is also a singer in our Praise Team band. Tameira excels academically and is a bright light to all her peers. It is with great pleasure that Tameira is awarded the TJ Hotchkin, Century 21 Creative Arts Student of the Week!

Cole N. is a freshman percussionist who drums with the TCA Drumline. He also recently medaled at the TAPPS State Solo & Ensemble competition. He was the highest ranking TCA percussionist playing a difficult piece. He also enjoys playing soccer.
