Today we got to celebrate a very special Sprout & Grow mama! 🍼

Her sweet baby boy decided to make his arrival a little earlier than expected, so we did things a little backwards and celebrated with a baby shower AFTER baby was born!

Congratulations to Christina and her beautiful family on their precious new addition! We are so thankful we got to celebrate this special season of life with you.

One of the most special things about Sprout & Grow is that we don’t just work alongside one another—we become a community. We celebrate the exciting moments, show up for the hard ones, and walk alongside each other through all of life’s seasons.

What starts as a workplace can become so much more: friendships, support, and a family that extends far beyond the hours we spend together each week. We don’t just have each other at work—we have each other in life.

Nothing says “thank you” quite like a cozy pair of pajamas and a stack of pancakes! Today we treated our amazing staff to a relaxing Pajama Day and a delicious pancake breakfast as a small way to show how much we appreciate everything they do.

Every Friday, our amazing Facility Director, Erica, puts together a themed appreciation cart for our team as a small way to say “thank you” for all they do each day. This week’s theme was all about POPPING by to remind our teachers how appreciated they are! 🍿🥤

The love, patience, energy, and dedication our staff pour into the children and families at Sprout & Grow does not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for a team that shows up each day ready to make a difference.
