What an incredible day in Pittsburgh for Greene County CTC! 🏈👨🍳
ProStart students from six Western PA Career and Technology Centers had the opportunity to take part in the Taste of the NFL Draft—working alongside more than 20 professional chefs, Steelers greats, and NFL legends. From prepping ingredients to plating and serving, students were fully immersed in a fast-paced, high-level culinary experience featuring both classic Pittsburgh favorites and creative, modern dishes.
This impactful event supports GENYOUth and its mission to by increasing access to meals for students across Western Pennsylvania.
A special thank you to GENYOUth and the American Dairy Association North East for making this opportunity possible and for investing in the future of our students. A big thank you to the Greene County Commissioners and State Representative for coming out to send our students off to the Draft and for taking a moment to celebrate them with a photo. Your support means so much!
This was an outstanding opportunity for our students to gain real-world experience, build industry connections, and showcase their skills on a professional stage!
