What a wonderful Open House we had last night!

The halls were buzzing with excitement as students met their teachers, explored their classrooms, reunited with past teachers, and got to know new friends and families. It was so wonderful seeing the smiles, laughter, and excitement throughout the building!

We are so thankful for the amazing students, families, teachers, and staff who make MSP such a special place. We can’t wait to officially kick off the school year on Tuesday, August 25th!

Until then, we hope your weekend is filled with fun, laughter, and plenty of excitement for all that the new school year has in store!

ORIENTATION NIGHT IS ALMOST HERE!

We are SO excited to welcome our Main Street Preschool families for Orientation Night on Thursday, August 20th!
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

This is a drop-in event, so come anytime between 4:30 and 6:00, no need to stay the whole time!

During Orientation Night, you’ll be able to:

• Turn in and collect important paperwork
• Receive your preschool handbook
• Learn about our current protocols & procedures
• Ask any questions you may have
• Meet and greet your child’s teacher
• Visit your child’s classroom!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING:

• Your child’s original birth certificate
• Your child’s immunization records
• All completed paperwork
• September tuition: Cash, Check, or Digital Payment
• $50 Class Fee: Cash, Check, or Digital Payment

We are so excited that we are only 7 weeks away from our first day of school.
Our First Day is set for, Tuesday, August 25th at 8:45 AM, and we can't wait to welcome our new and returning preschool families for a year filled with learning, laughter, faith, and fun!

Orientation Night will be held on Thursday, August 20th, giving families the opportunity to meet our teachers, explore the classroom, and get excited for the year ahead.

✨ We still have a few enrollment spots available! If you've been considering Main Street Preschool for your little one, now is the perfect time to schedule a tour. Spaces are filling quickly, and we'd love the opportunity to show you what makes our preschool so special before they're gone.

Something FUN is cooking this summer at Main Street UMC 👨‍🍳

We are excited to share a wonderful opportunity happening at the church...Kids in the Kitchen!
This FREE program is designed for children in grades 4–6 and will be full of fun, learning, teamwork, cooking, and baking!

Kids will learn:
✨ Basic kitchen safety
✨ Cooking & baking skills
✨ Teamwork
✨ Reading, math & science through hands-on activities
✨ Healthy habits and food preparation

📅 June 8–12, 2026
⏰ 1:00–3:30 PM each day
📍 Main Street United Methodist Church
💲 FREE to attend!

To all the wonderful moms and mother figures in our MSP family, today we celebrate YOU! 🌷

Thank you for trusting us with your little ones, for cheering them on through every milestone, wiping tears, packing lunches, reading bedtime stories, and loving them so well through every season of life. Your children light up our classrooms each day, and that starts with the love they receive at home.

We pray your Mother’s Day is filled with hugs, sweet memories, and lots of love from your tiny best friends. 💕

We are so excited for a week of loving on our amazing staff.
Our PTO has put together a sign up for those of you who would like to help.
We would like to thank Micah's Coffee for kicking off the week with drinks for our staff to enjoy along with some yummy Cinnamon Rolls from one of our families...Tuesday morning will be so sweet for them!
If you have any questions, please fell free to send a message here and our PTO will see it and answer as quickly as they can.

Items for Wednesday can be dropped off on the round table by the water fountain and we will get it set up nice for them. If you sign up for flowers, I will have tags for them printed and in your child's folder on Wednesday. If you could tie that on the flowers before giving them to the specific teac...

Our preschool friends are getting a front-row seat to some amazing little miracles! 🐣🐸 We’ve had so much fun watching our baby chicks hatch and begin their journey, and now we’re observing our tadpoles as they grow and change a little more each day.

It’s such a special time of learning, curiosity, and wonder as we explore how God created all living things with such care and purpose. We’re so thankful for these hands-on moments that let our kiddos see just how incredible His creations truly are!
