Hard to believe it's been a year! If you are interested in purchasing the night club card again please follow the directions below! Pricing has not changed from last year and you will see pricing options online! The night club card is hands down the most affordable way to ski!

Instructions for Purchasing Your Whitetail Nightclub Card Online
Club Name: WAHOO MEMBER PASSWORD: wahoomember
Go To http://www.skiwhitetail.com/content/night-club-card-online
· Click the RED “Purchase Today” button.
· Type the club name and password located above or given to you by the club leader.
· The log in is case sensitive; enter name & pass above exactly as listed.
· Select “Log In”
· Look in the lower left and select “See Available Items” under your club name.
· Select “Night Club Cards”
· Select Age Category or select “Night Season Pass” if you are buying that option.
· Select “Yes” or “No” for Advantage Card
· Select card (Lift, Lift Lesson, Lift Lesson Rental)
· Select options: helmet and protection insurance (if you wish to add)
· Select “add to cart”
· At this point, you should be looking at your shopping cart. Click on the red “Add/Change Guest” link besides the person icon to assign a name to the item.
· If you have never had a Whitetail pass of any type before, select “Create New Guest”. Or, if you are a returning guest, follow the instructions under “Existing Guests” to look up and assign yourself to this pass. Note: When verifying birth date, use “MM/DD/YYYY”.
· At this point you may upload or update the picture that will be printed on your Night Club Card. Instructions are provided on the page. Please note that you may return at any time using the guest lookup function to update this step if you do not have a picture readily available. However, in order for your Night Club Card to be printed, we must have an acceptable picture on file.
· The next screen is Release and Liability. Once you read and understand the agreement, check the box; once the page reappears, click the “Continue” button.
· Once you verify the contents of your cart and that your name has been properly assigned to your pass, click on “Proceed to Checkout” located under your sale total amount.
· Checking out consists of verifying your purchase, confirming your details and completing your final payment.
· Once your checkout has been completed, a confirmation page will appear. In order to expedite getting you on the slopes, please remember to print the confirmation page out and bring it with you when you first pick up your Night Club Card.
Once you have completed your online purchase, please make sure to download, fill out and turn in the hard copy release agreement form to your club’s advisor or Whitetail Group Sales. Your pass WILL NOT be generated until this paperwork has been received.
Please note that in order to purchase a Night Club Card online, you must have an email address and password on file.
