It's Black Friday! Meet Lindsay and me at Shenandoah Powerhouse this morning to work off yesterday's Turkey and Stuffing with 10:00am Pounds Off Pilates and 10:30am Black Friday Zumba. Be sure to bring your family and friends with you, too. They can join in the fun for $10. Let's show them what a great community we have at Powerhouse!
