🚨🎉 STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK IS ALMOST HERE 🎉🚨

Our PTO is so excited to celebrate a full week of appreciation filled with 🍔🍪🍩 food, 🎁 raffles, and fun surprises just for YOU!

We also want to share a little heart behind this week 💛
Our PTO does not host separate appreciation days throughout the year for each specific role in our school. Instead, we choose to use Teacher Appreciation Week as a time to celebrate ALL staff together.

This is not to take the spotlight off our teachers — but to shine it brighter ✨ by recognizing that every role in our building matters and that we truly make each other better every day 💙🙌

From the classroom to the front office, from the lunchroom and custodial staff to the administration… we are one team, one school, and one family.

Get ready for a week of gratitude, laughter, and love… because YOU are what makes this place special 🎊🥳

🌸 WPS PTO SPRING FUNDRAISER 🌸

We’re kicking off our “classroom-based fundraiser”, running now through April 17th! 🎉

The best part? Every child has the chance to earn fun incentives — even if they can only bring in $1. Every little bit counts and helps make it fun for ALL! 💛

Teachers also get an incentive! For every calendar they fill up they will go in the raffle for additional classroom supplies!

Here’s how it works:
📅 Each day of the month is up for sponsorship
💵 The cost matches the date (Day 1 = $1, Day 2 = $2… and so on!)

Reach out to your child’s teacher today to claim a date and support your classroom!

✨ What your support helps us do:
• Provide hygiene items for students in need
• Stock our clothes closet with essentials
• Support classroom activities and student rewards
• Help fund field trips and special events
• Provide teacher support and appreciation
• Create fun experiences for ALL students throughout the year

We’re ending the week with a huge THANK YOU to our amazing staff for keeping us “a-float” through every busy day and for being absolutely “tee-riffic” in everything you do! 🥤👕

What a holly-jolly week it’s been already! 💚❤️
For the first 4 days of PTO Christmas Cheer, we’ve loved sprinkling a little extra happiness around our amazing teachers and staff 🎁🎉

From sweet treats 🍩 to warm smiles ☕ and festive surprises 🎄, it’s been all about saying THANK YOU for all you do day in and day out.

This is Mr. Chiles, the Principal. Welcome to the 12th edition of our Panda Page for the week of October 27 - 31, 2025. These are the events happening this upcoming week.

We will celebrate Red Ribbon Week (RRW) with BES. Each day is listed for what the students can wear.

On Monday - RRW, Wear Red.
On Tuesday - RRW, Wear Tie Dye.
On Wednesday - We Read Wednesday. RRW, Wear Camo.
On Thursday - Special Ed Field Trip. 1st Grade Field Trip. RRW, Wear Your Favorite Jersey.
On Friday - Fall Festival, Kindergarten. Pumpkin Parade, PK. Halloween - RRW, Wear your favorite costume, and adhere to the guidelines sent home.
