The countdown is on, and we’re getting ready to welcome our students back to campus. We can’t wait to see familiar faces, welcome new ones, and kick off another great year on Tuesday, September 8!

We’re continuing our summer recap with another favorite memory from the school year that didn’t make it to our feed! Take a look at our Lower Division enjoying a special Briar Bush Nature Center assembly featuring some special guests.

Up next: our 50th Anniversary Community Celebration & Auction at The Notary Hotel in Philadelphia. It was the perfect way to celebrate and close out Woodlynde’s 50th anniversary year in style. A huge thank you to everyone, near and far, who made this event such a success.

Making some magic during the last week of Summer Camp. Last week, Rick Deezie the Magician treated our campers to a fun-filled performance. As you can see, our minds were blown.

Just before the heat wave arrived, Woodlynde campers enjoyed a day at Elmwood Park Zoo! Of course, the highlight was getting to feed the giraffes!

A look inside our Summer Camp academic mornings! Campers have been busy practicing skills, learning new things, and celebrating their progress as we continue an incredible summer of learning and growth.

Throughout the summer, we’ll be sharing some moments from the school year that we didn’t get the chance to post!

First up: Ms. C’s class put their entrepreneurial skills to the test by creating and running their own businesses. They learned about goods and services, exchanging currency, and customer service.

Their marketplace had everything from pastries and hamburgers to toys and pets—even haircuts, with Mr. P volunteering as one of the first customers!

We’re highlighting our final celebration of the school year—our K-6 Celebration of Success! Campus has been a little quieter these past few weeks, but we’re excited to welcome many of these students back for Summer Camp, which begins tomorrow.
