Dr. Mary Tabata, an Eastern University PhD graduate herself, understands the dissertation journey firsthand. Her research examined authentic leadership, team performance, and management trust. As an ICF ACC-credentialed coach with specific experience helping academics, Dr. Tabata will share practical strategies to overcome common dissertation roadblocks.

Dr. G.T. Freeman brings 30 years of executive experience and specialized knowledge in quantitative methods. As our PhD SPSS specialist and an Adjunct Faculty member in the College of Business and Leadership, Dr. Freeman holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and maintains CFRE and BCC certifications.

Dissertation Spotlight! Charise Jones-Wheeler successfully defended her dissertation on 2/6/25. Her dissertation title is “Walking on Water and Flying: a Phenomenological Study of the Development of Political Ambition Among Black Female Political Leaders”.
