Students and faculty packed the Cheng Library Auditorium today for the Spring 2019 Gandhian Forum for Peace and Justice program. We welcomed Dr. Nazia Kazi, Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Stockton University, who gave a very timely talk on "Anti-Muslim Racism, White Supremacy, and U.S. Empire."

For those who were unable to attend our Fall Program, the Gandhian Forum for Peace and Justice is pleased to announce that a video-recording of Dr. Martha Livingston's talk, "Health Care for All: A Social Justice Issue and a Window on the Social Wage," is now available. NJ Peace Action will be having its 59th Annual NJPA's 59th Annual Dinner honoring Peace Action Executive Director Kevin Martin and Hiroshima Maiden Shigeko Sasamori with the Dorothy Eldridge Peacemaker Award. NJPA will also honor Peace and Planet with the Sylvia and Oscar Ackelsberg Peace Award and Litsa Binder with the Peace Action Person of the Year award.
