WEB treated our teachers and staff to Jimmy John’s, lunch goodies, and drinks to wrap up a busy week! Thank you for the extra hours, thoughtful conversations, and all you do for our kiddos. We appreciate you! 🥪🍎

What a fun day at the WEB Fun Run! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ The weather held off for us, with just a couple little drizzles along the way. Take a look through the photos and see how many kiddos you recognize!

Thank you to everyone who donated, cheered, volunteered, and helped make WEB’s largest fundraiser a success. A special thank you to the Wayne State College Wildcats who came out to cheer them on and set such great examples for our students. ❤️

Congratulations to our fundraising winners:
🥇 1st place: Macie Fehringer — 4th grade
🥈 2nd place: Ensley Brunssen — Kindergarten
🥉 3rd place: Eli Biggerstaff — 5th grade

Our class participation winners are Suehl and Lutt for ELC (a tie!) and Trenhaile for ES. 🎉

And congratulations to Ivan Niles, our pool pass drawing winner!

✏️Our teachers & staff are pretty SHARP!

WEB treated our amazing Wayne Elementary crew to a little pencil-themed sweetness, along with a few classroom goodies!

Thank you for the time, energy, patience, and heart you pour into our students every single day. You’re definitely the WRITE choice! ✏️💙

It’s almost time for the WEB Fun Run - our biggest fundraiser of the year!

Students can ask family and friends to sponsor them as they run, skip, hop or walk around the track.

Our school-wide goal is $7,500! Funds raised through the Fun Run help WEB support our students and staff throughout the year with classroom supplies, student activities, events, assemblies, staff appreciation, and more.

📅 Monday, September 21
📍 Kern Track (High School Track)

Donations can be made by cash, check payable to WEB, or Venmo using the QR code on the form.
(If donating through Venmo, please include the student’s NAME and TEACHER in the memo so we can make sure they receive credit for the donation.)

Thank you for supporting Wayne Elementary and helping make our biggest fundraiser of the year a success!
