Deliver the ballot to the County Clerk of Wayne County at 510 Pearl Street, Suite 5, Wayne, Nebraska 68787; or the ballot can also be placed in the drop box on the north side of the Wayne County Courthouse located at 510 Pearl Street, Wayne, Nebraska 68787.
