💥🧸 BIG PERSONALITIES, LITTLE BODIES & A WHOLE LOT OF LEARNING! 🧸💥

Our toddlers are at that AMAZING stage where everything is an adventure! 😍 One minute we’re learning colors, shapes and words… the next we’re practicing sharing, independence, following directions and learning how to handle those BIG emotions. 🧠💛

Around here, we celebrate it ALL — the messy projects 🎨, the silly moments 😂, the “I DID IT!” moments 👏🏽 and even the moments that take a little extra patience. ❤️

Because childhood isn’t about rushing them to grow up… it’s about giving them the tools, love and confidence they need WHILE they grow. 🌱✨

Every smile, tummy-time stretch, little giggle, new sound, story, song and milestone matters. 💕 We pour into our babies every single day, making sure they feel safe, loved, comforted and encouraged to explore!

Because even our littlest stepping stones are already on their way to doing BIG things. 🌈👣💫

THIS. 🥹❤️ This is why we do what we do.

Sometimes, as the owner, I get so caught up in making sure everything is running correctly, the children are safe, my staff is supported, our classrooms are learning, and our families are happy that I don’t always get a chance to sit back and truly SEE the impact we’re making.

Then I receive a message like this. 😭

To see a parent genuinely amazed by something their 1 Year 11 -months-old has learned means more than I could ever explain. Those little circles may look small to somebody else, but to us, they represent consistency, repetition, patience, amazing teachers, and a little mind that is growing every single day. 🧠✏️🌱

And when a parent tells me I should “just own a school” because of the teachers I choose… 🥹😭 BABY, MY HEART! Because I am SO intentional about who I allow to pour into these babies.

This is exactly why I always say: we are more than childcare. We are a learning environment. We love them, cuddle them, comfort them, play with them AND teach them. ❤️

To my staff: THIS IS YOUR FLOWERS. 💐 Never underestimate the little things you do every day. Parents see it. I see it. And most importantly, it is showing through our children.

To our families: thank you for trusting Tiny Stepping Stones Childcare with your babies. Messages like this remind me why I started, why I keep pushing, and why I refuse to lower the standard.

And THAT is exactly why we teach! 💕 Sharing isn’t something our little ones automatically know — it’s a skill they learn through patience, repetition, communication & understanding their emotions.

We’re teaching our babies that it’s okay to have BIG feelings, while also learning kindness, taking turns, using our words and respecting our friends. 🧠🌈

These little moments may seem small, but they’re building BIG social-emotional skills! 💪🏽✨ & no will change to "Yes" because kindness matters!
