Sometimes the job brings unexpected visitors.

William Paterson University officers recently responded after a group of goslings made their way into Raubinger Hall, while another was discovered trapped in a nearby sewer drain. Officers quickly stepped in, safely guiding the goslings and helping reunite them with their family.

At University Police, protecting our campus community means looking out for everyone even the smallest members of it.

If you come across wildlife on campus, please avoid approaching or handling the animals and contact University Police for assistance.
