WHY CNS?? Welcoming, fun spaces for kids to create, explore, listen, and move!! Room to grow minds and bodies makes learning fun!
- bright, colorful classrooms with inviting areas to build, color and paint, and pretend, cozy corners for reading, and “workspace” for crafts!
- The “”Big Room”! Our large indoor space is used for music, full school gatherings, special events, and gross motor play in inclement weather!!
- CNS Playground - our sand-based playground has so many options to keep our students moving! Play structures, a climbing wall, houses and a play kitchen for dramatic play, large blocks, bikes, balls for soccer or basketball, and digging and building with sand!! We are outside nearly every day, in every season!!

OPEN HOUSE Wednesday July 8 from 10am to 12 noon

Community Nursery School is hosting an Open House for families looking for a preschool for the 2026-2027 school year.

Come learn about the CNS experience!! Meet teachers and tour classrooms, and indoor and outdoor play spaces. Children are welcome to join you!

We offer 2, 3, and 5-day morning programs for children 2.9-5 years old. What makes CNS unique?

June Bugs 2026 is officially in the books!!

Our theme this week was joy, smiles, and fun!! Popsicles, arts and crafts, parachute play, sprinkler time, playground time, and music!! Thank you to all of our campers, and huge thanks to our amazing June Bugs staff!!

JUNE BUGS WEEK 3!!
We experimented with chemical reactions, made bracelets, painted with popsicles, got our faces painted, celebrated birthdays, and beat the heat with sprinkler time!!
