🥞 Pancakes for Perfect Attendance! 🥞

On Friday, September 18, Mrs. Davis’s class celebrated a delicious achievement! They had the most days with 95% or higher attendance in August, earning a well-deserved pancake party!

Our little Tigers enjoyed a morning of pancakes and smiles as a special reward from our counselor, Mrs. Kauffman, and Mrs. White for their outstanding attendance.

Way to go, Mrs. Davis’s class! Keep showing up, learning, and making every school day count!

As the students learned about Johnny Appleseed in Mrs. Arnold and Mrs. Scott's class, they got creative by turning apples into adorable Apple Creatures using peanut butter, raisins, marshmallows, and cereal. The result? Sticky, crunchy, gooey—and LOTS of fun!

But this activity was about more than just making a tasty creation. Our little Tigers were practicing fine-motor skills, creativity, following directions, vocabulary, and story elements while letting their imaginations run wild.

Who knew an apple could become such a CRUNCHY little creature? 🍎🐯

💗 SHE DID IT! 💗

Today, the Center family went PINK to celebrate a BIG milestone—our counselor, Mrs. Kauffman, completed her final day of radiation treatment!

Students and staff proudly wore Kauffman, breast cancer awareness, and pink shirts to show Mrs. Kauffman just how much she is loved and supported. We are so proud of her strength, courage, and perseverance throughout this journey.

Congratulations, Mrs. Kauffman! Your Center family is cheering for you today and always! 💗🐾

Center Elementary was shining bright on Friday as students and staff wore gold and Childhood Cancer Awareness apparel to show their support for finding cures for childhood cancer. 💛

The Gators also brought plenty of school spirit! They helped with car duty, visited classrooms, and surprised several lucky students with a gold coin to choose a FREE book from our school book vending machine! 📚

What a special day filled with hope, awareness, and school spirit! 💛🏈📚
