wanna know a little fact about me…. I need to meditate and decompress everyday, even though I do not have a full-time job outside of the house and even though it looks like my life is pretty amazing. My stress must be something I put on myself something to be perfect. Something to be amazing at everything I do.This is something nobody has forced me to achieve. It’s something deep inside my own mind so I put that stress on myself.. I can’t tell you if that’s something that’s good or bad but I clench and grind my teeth every night so bad that I’ve chipped a tooth. I need to wear a night guard and I constantly have headaches. Working out almost daily helps me get rid of a lot of stress. I don’t even know what I would be like if I didn’t have the ability to exercise so if you can move your body do so while you still can and reep the benefits, the possibilities are endless.
