🎉 Mr. Bechtol is the staff member that everyone can count on! He is willing to do anything needed to help support the entire campus while still going above and beyond for all his students!

🎉 Ms. Woods is the lifeblood of our campus! She shows up ready to work each day and is one of the most efficient staff members we have ever had on campus!

🎉 Mr. Clock has taken on a leadership role on our campus this year and has thrived in supporting our History Department, as well as any other needs our building has had. We could not function the way we do without him!

🎉 Mrs. Garcia is the person on campus who can find any answer that someone needs. She is the backbone of our campus, and we could not function without her!

On this our Life Middle School Waxahachie treated staff for National Teacher Appreciation Week. We are so thankful for the parents at Life School who support our schools/staff throughout the year!

Last week, we were so honored to welcome Jim Brickman, Co-Founder, CEO & Director of JBGL Builder Finance, LLC — a Green Brick Partners — to our REACH classroom. As a generous donor to our program, Mr. Brickman came to see firsthand the plans for the kitchen remodel happening this summer.

This isn't just a renovation. It's a space where our students will learn real-world life skills — from meal prep to financial planning to collaboration — all rooted in who we're raising them to be … leaders!

We are so grateful for partners like JBGL Builder Finance, LLC, who believe in our kids and invest in giving them the tools to thrive. When the community comes alongside a school, incredible things get built — literally. 🙌

We can't wait for our students to step into this space and start bringing their dreams to life this August!

Life Middle School Waxahachie is proud to announce that 7th and 8th-grade Life Skills teacher Lisa Richter has secured more than $10,000 in funding to renovate her classroom and expand real-world learning opportunities for her students. The effort, which began with a student-run booth at the Waxahachie Christmas Parade, grew into a remarkable story of community connection, generosity, and a shared commitment to student independence.
