Good afternoon. The Culinary Arts Teams would like to thank you for continued support though our Coffee bar and restaurant. We unfortunately have decided to suspend our operations for 2022 to provide extensive retraining to our young future Chefs. Through everything, our ultimate goal is to truan future leaders and provide exceptional service with quality dishes made through safe and sanitary practices. In order to accomplish this, our students need some extra time. We truly apologize for any inconveniences and please keep an eye out for our relaunch!

Come support your favorite culinary arts students tomorrow at the conclusion of the parade! We will also have a booth right outside stadium entrance for tailgate style bbq! We take Venmo and Cash!

This weekend both BBQ teams, Smokin Aces and Charr’d, competed in the Muenster Regional, High School BBQ competition and advanced to state.

Summer Goolsbee: 4th in dessert
Preston Johnson: 1st in beans
Jordyn Usery: 2nd in beans
Mackenzie Mills: 4th in brisket

The teams battled 20 mile an hour winds all morning, starting with putting up their two canopies at 4:30 AM. Midway thru the morning the wind buckled one of the canopies. The kids worked really well together, both in their individual teams and together as a whole. Super proud of how they did in their first ever BBQ competition!

We’re just 6 weeks into school and look how great the Advance Culinary students look!! Chef Jason Hamilton has them working hard in preparation to open The Reservation soon! Check back for updates!
