One of the critical parts of my learning process at touched by a horse was to deal with my own personal growth. Gestalt is amazing and that it allows us to examine the events of our past where limiting beliefs and unfinished business we created, and then leave behind the energy of those events while taking in the lessons and gifts they provided.

For me, working through my own trauma was key. I cannot guide you without first knowing where to go. This makes my training - and Gestalt - different than any other coaches and guides you may encounter.

Gestalt is powerful. It creates lasting change and gives your body and mind tools they can use to get you in line with your purpose and compassion. These are tools you’ll be able to access long after our session.

When combined with the healing and intuitive power of horses, Gestalt becomes even more powerful. Horses connect with us in ways we just can’t access human-to-human.
