Wartburg May Day of Service is tomorrow!

NSLS Executive members will be participating in the second session, we look forward to seeing everyone there!

Qualifications for this position are as follows:

Must be fully inducted member of the NSLS

Must be a full-time student, third or fourth year ( must be graduating in May) standing with at least one year of executive team experience or 1 year of involvement in other Wartburg College student organization.

Must be comfortable talking in front of large groups of people and lead in an effective way. They will be responsible for preparing slides with the Secretary for events that are necessary.

Have you recently been invited to the National Society of Leadership and Success? Are you looking for more information about the organization before committing to join? We will be hosting a meeting for students just like you! Join us Thursday March 27th in the Lyceum at 8:00 p.m. This meeting will also count towards your orientation credit should you commit to joining the NSLS

Did you complete your NSLS induction requirements on March 12th? Good news, your NSLS induction invitations will be in your email very soon. RSVPs are REQUIRED to be submitted by those inductees that wish to participate and be recognized.

For those who did not complete your requirements but are class of 2026, 2027 or 2028 you are not out of luck. If you complete your requirements between now and next year's induction deadline you will be eligible for the 2026 induction ceremony.

Don't forget, we are offering 3 in-person speaker broadcasts events this semester. They will be Monday February 3rd, 10th, and 17th all at 7 p.m. all in Clinton 127.

We have exciting news for our inducted, graduating seniors! Wartburg NSLS is now officially recognized as an academic honor society by Wartburg College, meaning that we can wear NSLS graduation regalia and inducted seniors will be listed in graduation programs as graduating as a member of Sigma Alpha Pi!

We are thrilled that our ENTIRE EXECUTIVE TEAM (though not all are pictured) were able to attend the Student Organization Leader Traning seminar tonight to learn some valuable skills in building back the best version of Wartburg NSLS!

Thank you to the student organization learers for giving us this opportunity! We are excited to implement some of these skills and resources!

Our first NSLS general members meeting of 2025 is next Tuesday, January 28th at 8:30 p.m. in Buckmaster.

At this meeting we will review SNTs and assign those not in groups to an SNT mentor from the executive team.

If you cannot attend this meeting please contact the executive team no later than Monday January 27th at 5 p.m.
