Be the Pipe-Offering Campaign for St. Paul's Worship.
On January 21st when Mr. Scharlau gave the message at morning worship, he left us the challenge to "BE THE PIPE". Help the students and staff at St. Paul's get clean water to African families, be the blessing, show your heart and spirit and help us make a difference! We've taken that challenge seriously and have started an offering Campaign to exceed $5000! Click here for more information: https://www.smore.com/8gcas
We will collect Water to Thrive offering through March 12, 2021
It’s been a cold past few days! Don’t forget to make sure students come to school with a winter hat, mittens/gloves, a scarf/neck warmer, winter boots, snow pants and proper winter jacket that are all labeled! This helps us make sure all your student’s belongings are going home with them and they’re staying warm.
It has been hard this week not being at school with our students. Enjoyed watching worship live from home. Many thanks to our students for their talents, artwork, ability to sign to song, and their public speaking abilities. Many thanks to Pastor Cory from Redeemer Lutheran for his message and Emily Banwart, mother of Heath for singing for us today. Also a thank you to Mrs. Rickenberg for sharing our offering mission for Water to Thrive, and Pastor Arthur for opening us in prayer, and the second graders for another great worship. All of this online content would not be possible without the talents of Devin Wipperman! Next week be watching for more information about Water to Thrive and offering envelopes. God bless you all! -Principal Johnson
This week in worship, the second graders will be sharing the end of the season of Epiphany with the story of Jesus’ transfiguration. The light of God’s glory in Jesus shines in us for others to see! Pr. Corey Smith from Redeemer Lutheran Church will be joining us to share the message.
We hope you will join us tomorrow morning at 8:35 at www.stpaulswaverly.org/live for School Worship!
