Band flood relief funds:
We have at least 15 band familes, some current and some former, who have been displaced due to the tragic flooding which hit our community on Aug 21st.
We also have yet to assess the loss fully, but the Jr high band has sustained damage and with the stadium being out of commission, the program will need donations for us to sustain operations.

If you would like to donate, we have set up 2 separate accounts for relief assistance. Please note each account has a separate address heading in order to direct your donations to the specific one.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FRUIT PICKUP!!
ATTENTION JUNIOR HIGH BAND STUDENTS AND PARENTS!
Hey everyone! The fruit money turn in deadline is still this Friday. Junior High Band Students, we were not able to get an extension on the turn in day from the fruit company. Coach Webb has allowed us to set up our locked drop box for the fruit money in the junior high lobby. The dropbox is shaped like a column and will be next to a music stand with directions on how to log the money/orders. It will also be behind locked doors outside of school hours. You may turn in your fruit order envelopes (complete with order forms and money of course) either thursday or friday anytime from 8:00-4:00 PM. It is crucial that we get all orders turned in so that we can have your buyers' fruit ordered for them. We are very sorry for the extra complication that the school shutdown has added. Please understand that we did try to get an extension for next week but couldn't. Thank you so much for understanding. Please also help us to spread word to any Junior High Band Students who might not have internet access on this updated turn in procedure.

All orders are due by Nov. 13th
Delivery window is Nov. 30-Dec. 10.

Homecoming has been rescheduled for Oct. 16th against Houston County so no game next Friday.

Waverly Tiger Marching Pride will be playing at the game this Friday night August 21, 2020. We have all that are allowed in the concession stand at this time but please come and support us by buying prepacked items like cold drinks, chips, and more. Thank you in advance for your support of our band program.
