Dear Alumni,
For more than 25 years, the New Beginnings Alumni Association has been a source of connection, fellowship, and hope for countless people in recovery. What began as a volunteer-led effort grew into a community that helped alumni stay connected long after treatment through speaker meetings, bike runs, golf tournaments, fishing trips, social events, and friendships that have lasted for decades.
With the support of the Alumni Association Board, the Association will be concluding its work and transitioning alumni programming to the EOSIS Alumni Collective. This marks the beginning of a new chapter - one that builds on everything the Association created while expanding opportunities for alumni across all EOSIS programs.
"The impact the New Beginnings Alumni Association has had over the past 25 years cannot be overstated," said Jessica Wong, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at EOSIS. "Generations of volunteers gave their time, energy, and hearts to ensure people in recovery always had a place to stay connected. We are incredibly grateful for everything they built, and we are honored to carry that legacy forward through the EOSIS Alumni Collective."
The EOSIS Alumni Collective was created to bring alumni from all EOSIS programs together under one community while continuing to honor the unique traditions and relationships that have always made New Beginnings special. Many of the volunteers and leaders who helped shape the Alumni Association will continue to be involved, helping preserve the spirit that made this community so meaningful.
To every board member, volunteer, and alumnus who has contributed over the past 25 years, thank you. Your dedication has changed lives, strengthened recovery, and created a legacy that will continue for years to come.
We look forward to seeing each of you at future alumni events and continuing this journey together through the EOSIS Alumni Collective.
