Spring Art Fair 2026

Our students displayed a variety of both technical and independent projects that showcased their understanding and application of materials, artistic concepts and creative expression. Featured works included paper mache sculptures, Polymer clay sculptures, aluminum repousse reliefs, cubist cityscapes, printmaking, collage and other mixed-media project developed throughout the school year. Together, these works reflect the creativity, growth and unique perspectives of our students.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

We are so incredibly proud of all of your hard work, perseverance, and accomplishments. Your dedication has brought you to this important milestone, and we can’t wait to see all that you achieve in the future.

This year’s ceremony was made even more special by the talents of our students. Two members of the Class of 2026 shared inspiring speeches and performed a beautiful musical piece, showcasing not only their academic success but also their many gifts. We were also honored to welcome back a graduate from the Class of 2023, who gave a wonderful vocal performance that added a meaningful touch to the celebration.

April’s Activity – The Lifecycle of a Butterfly
In April, students learned about the different stages of caterpillars turning into Butterflies. They observed the Caterpillar (Larva) stage where it feeds and grows to enter the Chrysalis (Pupa) stage where it undergoes significant changes to emerge as an Adult Butterfly. The students were intrigued by what changes they witnessed in the lifecycle, and were able to reflect on their own stages in life so far.

Kradwell School Snack Madness!

Move over March Madness- Kradwell brought the heat with a Snack Bracket.

From salty to crunchy, cheesy to sweet, students and staff voted their favorites all the way to the top. It was a close race.

Meet the staff:

Dianne Patzfahl-Vorce
Science, Life Skills, and Transitions Teacher

Dianne joined the Kradwell faculty in 2010. She has a B.S. in Learning Disabilities from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an M.A. in Learning Disabilities from Cardinal Stritch University, and a M.A. in Reading from Cardinal Stritch University.

I enjoy my Wheaten Terrier, cooking, and traveling.
