The service continued with our 1st graders making cards and packing bags for the USO and our 3rd graders working with the Wisconsin Humane Society, braiding pieces of fabric for rope toys and more!

So much good is happening today!!! My favorite day of the school year…Service Learning Day!

Seeing our students engaged in the act of giving time, resources, talents to help others is just what we need this time of year!

Below you will see photos of our JK students assembling sandwiches for the Guest House, our SK students working with the Autism Society, and our 2nd graders cleaning up bikes for Dream Bikes!

These students and all of our wonderful volunteers make us !

Students, staff and parents had an amazing time at the Wilson Fall Fest! The kids worked through stations incorporating Halloween-inspired art, science, math, and a whole lotta fun! Even Andre, Tina, and Adam - the GIANT neighborhood skeletons - made an appearance (ask your kids)! Students created ghost rockets and launched them higher than the skeletons!

A huge thank you to the Melissa Hannon for all of her work organizing this event, the volunteers who helped make the day special for our kids, and the Wilson Wildcat Committee for their support.

Thank you to Ms. Thompson and our 5th grade orchestra for their performance of Spooky Strings last week! Students were greeted to some fun tunes as they walked in!
