SUNDAY MASS LIVE ON FOX6 EXTENDED THROUGH JUNE 21: Join us for Sunday Mass! FOX6 News Milwaukee will continue to broadcast Mass at 11 a.m. every Sunday LIVE from The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Milwaukee. Although we return to public Masses this weekend with various limitations, restrictions and guidelines, we are thankful that FOX6 is offering this generous community service to those who are not yet comfortable attending. Please share this with friends and family, and join us for Mass this Sunday!

Mrs. Simko is retiring after 38 years and we'd like to send her off with a token of our love and appreciation for all she's done and taught us during her time at Christ King Parish School!

We're inviting anyone who was blessed to be a student of Mrs. Simko to write her a note of congratulations, along with one way she impacted your life.

CK Alumni!

Our students have spent the year performing service to our school, church, and community. These works of mercy and good deeds are part of who we are as a Catholic community. As a way to recognize the service that comes from our Catholic schools, Catholic Financial Life is holding a competition for videos that highlight the impact that our schools have in our communities.

Christ King School was notified Friday that we are one of 10 finalists vying for 3 grants in this competition. The next step is where we need your help. The grants will be awarded to the winners of a public on-line vote. Please check out our video (you may see some familiar faces) and then vote for us.

Voting opens at 8am on Monday, May 22nd (tomorrow). YOU CAN VOTE ONCE A DAY FROM THE 22ND THROUGH THE 26TH. Spread the word; share what we do!

Dear Fellow Parents of and CK School Alumni:

I am honored to be in charge of this year’s Wine Pull at the Christ King Auction. The Wine Pull is essentially a “wine raffle”. We are looking for 95 bottles of delicious wine, valued at $15 or more, and 5 bottles of really good wine. (As much as I love boxed wine, this is not the time for that.) The bottles will be numbered and packaged beautifully, and there will be a cork in a basket with the corresponding number. Guests at the Auction will pay $20, draw a cork, and that will determine which bottle they get.

If you would like to donate one bottle, or several bottles, you will receive a receipt for your tax deduction. If you can put the value on each bottle, I'd appreciate it! You can either call me at 414-453-5248 or reply to this email. I would be more than happy to pick it up or you can drop it on my back porch anytime. Friends are welcome to join the donation fun, too!

Christ King provided our kids and our Alumni with a fantastic faith-based education. Just as importantly, our family found life-long friends who provide support in difficult times and an abundance of joy all the time. This is an easy way to show our appreciation.
