Let’s celebrate and recognize WCS alum Kate P. (Class of 2019)

She was Class President all four years at Wauwatosa East and is also currently the Student Body President. She recently co-wrote a grant that received $14,684 from TosaEFW for a renovation project at Tosa East. The grant is being used to renovate the basement of the school to create a space for students to relax and study during free periods. With this new space, Kate hopes to improve the mental health of her classmates who made need a break from the stress at school.

She will be attending George Washington University in the fall. Congratulations Kate! We are so proud 👩‍🎓

Check out our awesome alum, Aidan Vosniak, WCS Class of 2019. He is the recipient of the Burke Scholarship. Aidan is headed to Marquette University!

The Burke Scholarship Program, supported by the Burke Foundation, is a four-year program for full-time undergraduate students who have a passion for social justice and a commitment to serve others. This full-tuition scholarship is awarded annually to 10 academically talented Wisconsin high school seniors who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their community through service, leadership and social justice and aspire to pursue careers that benefit the public good. Congratulations Aiden!

Today we remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins.

On Tuesday over 30 middle school students joined us for “Pasta with Fr. Paul”. They enjoyed a potluck lunch and listened to Fr. Paul share information about being a Salvatorian. It was great to see them come together, enjoy a meal, and listen to Fr. Paul talk about his life in his community.
